Only capabilities are recorded. API URLs, tokens, wallet keys and bank credentials are intentionally rejected from this sandbox contract.

API certification: PRIZRAK_PARTNER_MARKET_FEED_V1 accepts an idempotent all-or-nothing batch of at most 25 future-quote rate and liquidity updates. It cannot settle a deal, move funds, release a reserve, or rewrite an accepted quote.
